Job Summary
Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents under licensed nurse supervision, strictly adhering to the five rights of medication administration. Label, store, receive, and destroy medications per company policy while performing accurate medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse. Additionally, assist residents with activities of daily living as needed. Maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing. Required Qualifications
- Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state
- Maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in good standing with the state
