QMA/Qualified Medication Aide

Medication Aides are responsible for providing services to patients as directed by the nursing plan of care and/or nursing supervisor. Responsibilities include dispensing, administration, monitoring and documentation of medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized healthcare provider and in accordance with scope of practice and facility policy; reporting on patient condition to the appropriate supervisor and staff; and performing tasks within the educational preparation and facility policies and guidelines. Must hold certification/listed license with the State Board of Nursing in Indiana and be able to pass practical and written competency tests. Location: Greensburg, Indiana.
