QMA - Qualified Medication Aide

Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents under licensed nurse supervision, strictly adhering to the five rights of medication administration. Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed. Properly label, store, receive, and destroy medications per company policy while performing required medication charting directed by the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
