Job Summary
Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) needed for part-time day shift. Administer medications as assigned and per regulations; observe residents and report concerns to nursing staff; assist with activities of daily living; maintain accurate documentation; help create a safe, welcoming environment. Requires Indiana QMA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential; must be compassionate with a resident-centered approach and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. 24 hours per pay period; part-time day shift.
