Job Summary
Conduct visual inspection and grading of tires, including rework areas and off-standard items, to determine final disposition. Input quality-related data into GRADING and QDA systems while performing daily over-inspection of components per control plans. Execute necessary actions for non-conformities, such as informing relevant personnel, stopping curing presses, or blocking tires. Complete CTD measurements and scan status of returned tires from Tire Uniformity, Weighing, and Over Inspection areas. Ensure plant compliance with ISO9001 internal and external customer requirements. Requires high vocational education or related field with 0-2 years of production or quality experience.
Required Qualifications
- High vocational with or any related field
- 0 - 2 years of experience in production
- 0 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing process
- 0 - 2 years of experience in Quality department
