Job Summary
Platform Engineer for Platform Services responsible for hands-on operational management and support of customer Qlik platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and customer satisfaction. Key duties include incident/service request handling, proactive monitoring, health checks, adherence to SOPs and ITIL/SLA standards, root cause analysis documentation, knowledge base maintenance, and collaboration with customers and internal teams. Strong troubleshooting with SQL, experience in Qlik Analytics & Data Integration, and a focus on automation and continuous improvement. Hybrid role based in Rockville, MD and/or Washington, DC. Shift work; must be able to work in a customer-facing, global delivery environment.
