Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and support of Qlik Sense/Qlik Cloud applications by developing data models, Qlik scripts, dashboards, and optimizing application performance. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable BI solutions while mentoring junior developers and leading technical discussions. Work with SQL/Snowflake data sources to support production releases and participate in Qlik to Power BI migration and BI modernization initiatives. Explore AI-powered analytics and conversational BI capabilities. Requires 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Qlik Sense Enterprise/Qlik Cloud, strong SQL skills with Snowflake exposure, and leadership experience. Preferred candidates have Power BI/DAX expertise, Azure AI Foundry knowledge, and experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Qlik Sense Enterprise/Qlik Cloud
- Strong expertise in Qlik scripting
- Strong expertise in data modeling
- Strong expertise in Set Analysis
- Strong expertise in Section Access
- Strong expertise in performance tuning
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- Experience leading teams
- Experience working with business stakeholders
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX
- Experience in Qlik to Power BI migration projects
- Exposure to AI technologies such as Azure AI Foundry, Snowflake Cortex, Microsoft Copilot, or Conversational BI
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain
