Job Summary
Program Supervisor for a specialized behavior program serving individuals with IDD. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing case management reviews and supervision, developing and ensuring implementation of individual behavior support plans, monitoring adherence to treatment plans, coordinating assessments and team meetings, managing documentation and records for compliance, and liaison with families, state agencies, and corporate offices. Oversees daily operations of worksites, establishes on-call duties, and promotes programs to funding sources and community partners. Requires Master’s degree and BCBA certification, 1–2 years of related IDD experience, state licensure as needed, and a valid driver’s license. Location: Carrollton, OH (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- One to two years of related experience, with an emphasis on working with individuals with IDD
- Licensure and other requirements as required by state
- Current driver's license in good standing, car registration, and auto insurance
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required by state
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with others
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
