Job Summary
Evaluate QHSSE risks for offshore and dredging projects, assist project managers in setting SMART objectives, and lead internal and external risk workshops. Prepare project-specific documents including implementation plans, emergency plans, and test plans while supporting the team during execution. Deliver QHSSE training to clients and subcontractors, promoting the group's integrated management systems. Conduct audits and inspections to assess and support supplier selection, then continuously improve management systems based on project feedback and experience. Work from the Aalst office with 10% travel time to international sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of masterdiploma in a technical or scientific direction or a Master in Prevention and Environmental Management
- Excellent expression in Dutch and English
- Experience as a prevention advisor within Offshore or Dredging
- 10% of time to travel to projects worldwide
