Job Summary
Conduct safety, quality, and environmental coaching to drive behavioral change and continuous improvement across infrastructure projects. Initiate and lead improvement initiatives while managing QHSE processes and certifications including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Perform audits, inspections, and workplace visits to track findings, then lead incident investigations to implement structural enhancements. Advise project teams and management on safety and quality standards, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. This role supports the company's transition to sustainable energy solutions through visible leadership in safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare QHSE-, KAM- of veiligheidskundige rol
- Sterke kennis van relevante normen en wet- en regelgeving (ISO, VCA, SCL e.d.)
- Ervaring met audits, verbetertrajecten en het begeleiden van projecten
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht
- Organisatiesensitiviteit en het vermogen om op verschillende niveaus te schakelen
- Een proactieve houding gericht op samenwerken en werken in teamverband
