QHSE Supervisor

Job Summary
QHSE Supervisor to lead quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives in our Damman, Saudi Arabia location. Key duties include designing and evaluating QHSE metrics, maintaining conformance to the Quality Management System, conducting internal and vendor audits, investigating incidents, generating reports for management and regulators, coordinating training plans with Operations and HR, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Requires strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and English; knowledge of ISO 9001 and HSSE regulations, plus CSP/NEBOSH/OHST certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, HSSE, Business, or related field
- Recognized safety and/or environmental management certifications preferred (CSP, NEBOSH, OHST)
- At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing
- At least three years of leadership experience
