QHSE officer

Monitor compliance with Quality, Health, Safety & Environment regulations and lead the identification, analysis, and follow-up of safety risks, incidents, and near-misses. Conduct risk analyses, internal audits, and workplace inspections while coordinating corrective and preventive measures. Organize toolbox meetings, advise management on QHSE matters, and maintain the quality management system. Develop procedures, work instructions, and registrations; track QHSE KPIs and report on performance and improvement actions. Support internal and external audits to drive continuous process improvement. Work closely with production, maintenance, logistics, and management to foster a strong safety culture.
