Job Summary
Champion safety and quality as mandatory cultural expectations across all operations, projects, and day-to-day activities. Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems while driving KPIs for hazard identification, incident reporting, audits, drills, and trainings. Conduct hazard assessments, investigate incidents, and ensure corrective measures are applied. Prepare documentation, lead safety seminars, and enforce compliance with local and international standards like ISO 45001. Provide technical QHSE support to bids, tendering, SCM, and maintenance scopes. Organize training for staff and contractors, mentor employees, and foster leadership pipelines. Work closely with internal departments to ensure integrated compliance and represent the company before clients and regulatory bodies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum), Pure Sciences, or Safety/Quality Management
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in QHSE management, specifically in oil & gas servicing or engineering projects
- Proven track record of QHSE compliance achievements and implementation of management systems
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Management, Quality & Environmental Management, and Regulatory Compliance
- Leadership skills (vision, accountability, integrity, decision-making)
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and excellent communication skills
- High ethical conduct, resilience, and adaptability
- Regulatory Compliance & Industry Standards
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as ISPON, NEBOSH, ISO 45001/14001/9001, Process Safety, QAQC, First Aid, and Emergency Response
