Job Summary
The QHSE Lead at Kinetron BV is responsible for leading and improving Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental systems, with a primary focus on Quality Management in a high-precision production environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining the Quality Management System, overseeing quality processes, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years experience in a QHSE role within a production, manufacturing, high-tech or industrial environment
Desired Qualifications
- MVK/HVK or relevant safety certifications
- Experience in quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001
