Job Summary
Develop and maintain the quality, safety, health, and environmental policy across Geotechnics, Claims & Advisory, Monitoring & Surveying, and Building Performance units. Execute internal audits, manage management systems and certifications, and track improvement actions to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Organize toolbox meetings, safety discussions, and incident investigations while supporting the QHSE Manager in developing and optimizing safety culture initiatives. Work 32 to 40 hours per week with frequent presence across multiple locations to engage with diverse business units. Report directly to the QHSE Manager and collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines to drive organizational professionalization.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Diploma Middelbare Veiligheidskunde (MVK)
- VCA-VOL certificaat
- Rijbewijs B
- Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen
- Kennis van ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA, Safety Culture Ladder, BRL 9500 en de CO2-Prestatieladder
- Kennis van de Arbowet en relevante wet- en regelgeving
- Ervaring met het uitvoeren van interne audits en ongevalsonderzoeken
- Ervaring met het organiseren van veiligheidsoverleggen en toolboxmeetings
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Analytisch vermogen
- Een proactieve werkhouding
- 32 tot 40 uur per week
- Regelmatig aanwezig zijn op verschillende SOCOTEC-locaties
