Job Summary
Translate central QHSE policy into practice within Asset Management and audit compliance against regulations and certification standards. Monitor actions from RI&E's, safety rounds, and audits while supporting incident investigations and follow-up measures. Implement themes such as hazardous substances, lithium safety, and environmental compliance, ensuring workshops and sites remain audit-proof. Manage the Safety Management System documentation and initiate toolbox talks, emergency drills, and safety campaigns. Advise managers, colleagues, and suppliers on QHSE adherence while driving a strong safety culture across bus, rail, and real estate operations.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Integrale Veiligheidskunde, Veiligheidskunde, Milieukunde of vergelijkbaar.
- Ervaring binnen een QHSE-, KAM- of veiligheidsfunctie.
- Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu.
- Ervaring met audits, risicoanalyses en verbetertrajecten.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht.
- Het vermogen om zowel operationeel als tactisch te adviseren.
- Een stevige gesprekspartner die makkelijk schakelt tussen de werkvloer en het management.
- Je weet mensen mee te nemen in verbeteringen.
- Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig.
- Je durft collega's, leveranciers en stakeholders op een constructieve manier aan te spreken.
- Je komt te werken binnen de afdeling Asset Management.
- Je standplaats is Meppel.
- Je bezoekt regelmatig werkplaatsen, technische locaties en andere bedrijfsonderdelen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de managers Techniek Bus, Techniek Trein en Vastgoed & Facility, werkplaatsmanagers, operationele teams en het centrale QHSE-team.
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring binnen een technische, industriële, infrastructurele of productieomgeving is een pré.
