Job Summary
Lead and manage site-wide QEHS programs ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements at the Concord Production Unit. Maintain and improve integrated management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards while conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing corrective actions. Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, HR, and supply chain to strengthen engagement, lead internal and external audits, and develop training programs to build workforce capability. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and present improvement plans to leadership to drive continuous safety and quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field
- 5+ years of QEHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Experience leading audits, investigations, and regulatory compliance activities
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and engage teams at all levels
