Job Summary
Move and stage material between QC1, CMM, Final QC, Receiving/IQC, MRB, and other Quality areas to ensure timely and accurate inspection flow. Monitor inspection queues to prioritize material based on production and Quality requirements, delivering items to the correct inspection area and staging locations. Maintain product identification, traceability, and documentation throughout the process while supporting 5S and continuous improvement activities. Coordinate with Quality, Production, Warehouse, and Planning departments to prevent delays and escalate material-flow issues. Follow applicable Quality procedures, safety requirements, and company policies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow work orders, travelers, labels, and basic manufacturing documentation
- Strong attention to detail when handling part numbers, quantities, revisions, lot numbers, and traceability information
- Ability to prioritize and support multiple Quality departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to safely move and transport material using approved carts and material-handling equipment
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments
- Must follow established procedures for handling inspected and nonconforming material
Desired Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, material handling, warehouse, or Quality Control experience
- Basic computer and ERP system knowledge
- Strong communication and organizational skills
