Job Summary
Perform required checks during daily production and conduct inspections following sanitation protocols. Enter, read, and understand data related to quality checks while maintaining sustained attention to detail with processing specifications. Follow all safety procedures and GMP rules and regulations, including bending, lifting, and carrying weights up to 50 pounds. Work the night shift at Seneca Foods in Janesville WI, utilizing basic computer skills and understanding proper documentation for departmental operations.
Required Qualifications
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer and mathematical skills.
- Working knowledge of basic measuring devices and machines.
- Must have the ability to effectively understand proper documentation and handling of paperwork involved with departmental operations.
- Must be able to demonstrate sustained attention to detail when working with diagrams, prints, manuals, and processing specifications.
- Requires the ability to bend, lift, carry, push, and pull varying weights up to 50 pounds, sometimes in awkward positions.
- Requires extensive walking, climbing, and some crawling.
