Job Summary

Support assay development and validation activities from method readiness through validation, ensuring operational readiness by managing sample and material requests. Coordinate analytical assay transfers internally and externally, while reviewing technical documents for regulatory compliance and communicating method updates to partners. Manage multi-site trending and reviews, track project timelines to ensure on-time deliverables, and drive continuous process improvements. Communicate validation and transfer timelines to management and maintain quality metrics throughout the method lifecycle. This role requires proficiency with Microsoft suite and project management tools, strong independent work skills, and effective risk communication within a global team environment.

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA in a life sciences (or related) field
  • 0-2 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • BS/BA in a life sciences (or related) field
  • at least 2 years of relevant experience in a cGMP environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • BS/BA/MSc in a life sciences (or related) field
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in a cGMP environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Proficient with the Microsoft suite
  • Proficient with project management tools
  • Effective time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop strategies and metrics to measure effectiveness
  • Identifying and effectively communicating risks
  • Location: Raheen, Limerick
  • Required to be performed on-site
