Job Summary
Inspect video equipment and components to identify cleaning, repair, or preparation needs before deployment. Perform routine cleaning, label replacement, and minor cosmetic repairs to maintain quality standards. Test and prepare equipment to ensure it meets customer and show requirements. Review rental reservations and show orders to verify equipment requirements. Gather, stage, and prepare equipment for shipment. Confirm all required accessories and ancillary items are included and ready for delivery. Track and document inventory information on manifests and related records. Locate missing order components and help ensure complete, accurate shipments. Assist with the assembly and preparation of system racks based on project requirements. Organize and maintain inventory storage using established binning and storage systems. Assist with truck loading and shipment preparation to support successful order fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on audiovisual experience
- Experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- A commitment to quality, accuracy, and equipment readiness
