QC Surveyor

Job Summary
The QC Surveyor will work as part of the QC Surveyor team, performing desktop assessments, telephone-based consultations, and site visits across the full spectrum of commercial and residential property risks, including high-net-worth clients, with duties spanning a range of listed, unique, and bespoke structures. Candidates should be qualified/experienced in construction, building surveying, quantity surveying, property management, and understand insurance requirements for commercial/residential risks. Strong IT, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with the ability to convey findings concisely. A full UK driving licence is required. The role involves access to sensitive information and will include checks (Basic Check/DBS). The position is hybrid and located in Dorchester, United Kingdom. Required Qualifications
- Qualified and/or experienced in areas such as: construction, building surveying, quantity surveying, commercial and/or residential property management, property legislation and regulation, insurance, and/or risk management.
- Have knowledge of insurance industry requirements relating to commercial and residential risks.
- Have an interest in and understanding of buildings and contents, as well as various perils and risk areas around residential and commercial property.
- Have good IT, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
