QC Specialist - Functional Lab

Job Summary
QC Specialist in a Functional Lab responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of electronic components, both electronic and non-electronic, before merchandise ships. Responsibilities include visual and microscopic inspection to confirm manufacturer specifications, conducting alcohol swipe and scrape tests to identify red flags, using the company’s proprietary system to document results, ensuring PO/SO requirements are met, communicating discrepancies, performing functional tests on CPUs, memory, panels, flash drives, hard drives, and other components per SOP, monitoring lab operations and turnaround times, producing timely reports, wiping data from drives, and escalating abnormal features to management. Requires experience in component or product inspection, strong communication, multitasking, and warehouse exposure; ESD awareness and basic office software skills encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years component or product inspection
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Multi-tasking and organization skills
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- Knowledge of the electronics distribution field is helpful
- A+ Certification helpful but not required
- CCI 102 Level 1 ESD
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite a plus
