Job Summary
The QC&QA Manager is responsible for supporting the QC&QA management system at the production line, managing laboratory testing, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the Quality Lab. This role involves interfacing with customer quality representatives, reporting quality issues, and collaborating with management for immediate action. The manager will review customer specifications, conduct training for the QC&QA team, and work on non-conforming materials and customer complaint management. Additionally, the position requires data collection and analysis for improvement programs, managing quality documentation, conducting audits for process compliance, and promoting total customer satisfaction.
