Required Qualifications

• •HS Diploma or GED
• •1 - 2 years' experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting
• •2 years in-depth SAP experience
• •Proficient with Microsoft Office
• •extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
• •The ability to speak and read work orders and instructions in English
• •The ability to differentiate and coordinate colors
• •An eye for accuracy to catch irregularities ensuring that we only send out the best product
• •A reliable team member that employees can count on every day to be punctual
• •Operational, Warehouse, Logistics or comparable experience
• •Must be able to lift 15-50 lbs
• •Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• •Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• •Must be able to operate dolly
• •Must be able to operate pallet jack
• •Must be able to operate shrink wrap machine
• •Must be able to work independently and as a team
• •Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently
• •Must be able to manage time and attention to timelines
• •Must be able to learn tasks quickly
• •Must be detailed, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance

• •Must be able to ensure the cleanliness of their work area during production and at each shift end

• •Must be able to properly dispose of empty boxes
• •Must be able to receive incoming materials
• •Must be able to compare information on work order to verify accuracy
• •Must be able to inspect shipments for damage or defects
• •Must be able to record discrepancies or damages
• •Must be able to notify supervisor
• •Must be able to pack, fold, and arrange garments
• •Must be able to scan shipping orders
• •Must be able to input into inventory system
• •Must be able to research and correct displaced, mislabeled, and missing products
• •Must be able to perform replenishments
• •Must be able to perform cycle counts
• •Must be able to perform stock checks
• •Must be able to resolve inventory and order discrepancies
• •Must be able to ensure products are stocked
• •Must be able to select products
• •Must be able to ship to customers
• •Must be able to perform Receiving, picking, sorting, and labeling orders
• •Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English
• •Must be able to participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills
• •Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English
• •Must be able to ensure products are stocked, selected, packed, and shipped to customers
• •Must be able to work in one of the following roles: Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory
• •Must be able to work Monday – Friday, 5am - 1pm
• •Must be able to work 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week
• •Must be able to work extra hours
• •Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays during Peak Season (July-December)
• •Must be able to work mandatory overtime
• •Must be able to wear the proper personal protective equipment
