Job Summary
Quality Control Operations Manager needed to lead hands-on inspections, training, and coaching across field-based commercial cleaning facilities in Roanoke. Responsible for ensuring cleaning standards and client expectations are met, identifying quality issues and opportunities for improvement, providing hands-on training to cleaners and supervisors, supporting new account startups and corrective action plans, and coaching field teams with operations leadership. Will work closely with the Operations & Client Success Manager, provide field leadership, recommend staffing and process improvements, and deliver weekly updates to leadership. Travel between sites is required with a primarily second-shift schedule (2PM-10PM, 3PM-11PM, 4PM-12AM, etc.) and opportunities for upward growth. Base salary $42,000/year plus quarterly bonuses, PTO, holidays, and relocation/signing bonuses; benefits include health insurance and a company laptop/phone.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership or management experience (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, or a similar service-based industry (preferred)
