Job Summary
Quality Control Operations Leader-AVP responsible for managing operations within a business area, risk management and compliance with regulators, and driving onboarding (KYC) initiatives. Leads a team of operational professionals, develops KPIs, analyzes data to identify process improvements, ensures alignment with SLAs, maintains a safe environment for feedback, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and vendors to support business objectives. Based in Noida with hands-on leadership and experience in IB/Corp KYC, risk and controls, and change initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in IB/Corp KYC with hands-on onboarding
- Experience in team handling or similar leadership role
- Good communication skills
- Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls
- Knowledge of risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital technology
- Ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to support business operations
