QC Manager Fit-Out

Job Summary
Establish and monitor quality standards across all interior fit-out projects in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and authority requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) while ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards. Conduct regular site inspections to verify joinery, finishes, flooring, and MEP coordination against mock-ups and samples. Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections, manage Work Inspection Requests and snagging activities, and close out non-conformance reports within agreed timelines. Review and approve material submittals, samples, and shop drawings, and evaluate subcontractor performance. Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and train project teams on best practices. Requires ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification and 20+ years of experience in high-end commercial, hospitality, or retail fit-outs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- +20 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
- Strong UAE experience with consultant-led projects
- Proven experience in high-end commercial, hospitality, retail, or residential fit-out
- In-depth knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, workmanship standards, and tolerances
- Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation and procedures
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, document control systems
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
- Experience with Grade A offices, luxury hospitality, or bespoke joinery projects
