Job Summary
Manage the QC microbiology group and oversee the Environmental Monitoring program, including in-process and release testing for pharmaceutical and device products. Direct microbiologists to ensure department metrics, cycle times, and product timelines are achieved while maintaining compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO17025, and ISO9001 standards. Control sample analysis, review test reports and raw data, and maintain reference standards, media, and departmental inventory. Monitor environmental testing schedules, data quality, and work outputs to support manufacturing, validation, and engineering operations. Review and approve records to uphold quality standards across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in microbiology or closely related field
- 7 years experience in a microbiology lab
- 3-5 years of that experience in a leadership role in microbiology laboratory management
- Proficient in Burmese and English
