Job Summary
The QC Leader is responsible for finalizing specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and ensuring part quality control. Key tasks include supporting team communications related to part quality problems, verifying standard samples of materials, and managing customer complaint resolutions. The role entails preparing MSA plans, conducting quality analysis, and assisting in audits. The leader will collaborate with production, purchasing, and marketing teams and will coordinate with R&D during new model phases, ensuring compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF16949.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineer or related field (Polymer science is plus)
- 2+ years in Quality control or Quality Assurance supervisor position
- Able to read & interpret drawings, manuals, specifications & standards
- Highly responsible to get the job done effectively in a timely manner
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF16949
- Good English skills in speaking/reading/writing
- Good knowledge of QC 7 tools
- Proficiency in 8D, ISO9001&IATF, FMEA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Good computer literacy and statistical skills
