QC Inspector - Production (2nd shift)

Perform quality control functions including component, in-process, and finished product inspections according to established procedures. Determine proper in-process test standards, verify drug product and components against approved Manufacturing Instructions, and conduct physical testing using basic inspection instrumentation. Perform sampling and inspection of bulk drug and excipients, pull and maintain customer/Sharp Clinical Services reserve samples, and execute daily verification activities for temperature, humidity, and weight. Change the status of material, GMP areas, equipment, and utensils, and suspend operations to notify the supervisor of any out-of-specification results. Ensure testing adheres to current procedures, cGMPs, and SOPs while maintaining accurate records and a clean, safe work environment. Work with internal staff to meet scheduled requirements and communicate quality issues timely.
