QC Inspector-Night Shift

Job Summary
Verify product against blueprints, purchase orders, and manufacturing requirements using procedures, hand tools, CMM programs, and comparators. Utilize NCMR software and escalate issues to QC Management as needed. Collaborate with QC team members to achieve 100% of department daily needs and priorities while providing consistent service to all departments. Operate in a manufacturing shop environment with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires minimum two years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment, high school diploma, and proficiency with CMM software (PC DMIS, Modus) and light computer skills. US Citizen or lawful permanent resident required for International Trade in Arms Regulations compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment
- Must be either; US Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
- Ability to understand the use of hand held measurement tools
- Use of CMM Software (PC DMIS, Modus)
- Light Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Inspection Xpert)
- Communication Proficiency
- Attention to details
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- No travel is expected
Desired Qualifications
- Some college, technical training or ASQ certification
