Job Summary
QC Inspector responsible for maintaining product quality per SOPs and cGMP, including inspection, quarantine, and release of incoming material and finished goods; performs in-house lab testing, inventories, and documentation; supports training others and contributes to a safe, compliant production environment at Medisca’s Plattsburgh facility.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Science related field
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience in Quality Control
- Knowledge of cGMPs, FDA, DEA and State Board regulations is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills; fluent English (oral & written)
- Proven decision making and problem solving skills; detail oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); Syspro/MasterControl an asset
- Ability to lift to 60 lbs
