QC Inspector

QC Inspector responsible for identifying, measuring and evaluating quality and workmanship data to ensure only products meet internal quality specifications prior to shipment. Performs routine inspections of incoming materials, components and finished products using various measuring and inspection tools, conducts testing on samples, and trains new quality control staff. Communicates defects and quality-related observations to management, maintains quality-related documentation and Work Instructions, and conducts audits and root cause investigations to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
