QC Inspector - 1st Shift

QC Inspector conducts sampling, inspection, testing of incoming materials and reprocessed devices, and performs pre- and post-sterilization inspection of batches with review of Batch History Records (BHRs). Responsibilities include documenting inspection results, assisting in procedure updates, ensuring proper labeling, storage and quarantine of products, maintaining MRB-related actions, updating material status in ERP, and supporting nonconforming product investigations and CAPAs. Requires attention to detail, good English communication, and proficiency with basic Microsoft Office; experience with 21CFR820, Quality Systems Regulation and ISO 13495 is a plus. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years QA inspection experience preferred. Shift is 2nd with training on 1st shift; schedule Monday–Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm with possible weekend overtime in a regulated medical device environment.
