QC Incoming Associate

Manage retain samples of raw materials, finished goods, and bulk by storing reserve samples under specified temperature and humidity conditions to prevent integrity loss. Document reserve samples on logbooks and electronic systems to ensure traceability while conducting periodic visual inspections of controlled substances. Prepare reports regarding inventory and expiration of samples, identifying when retention periods have been met or exceeded for disposal in accordance with regulatory standards. Contribute to investigations by gathering data and reviewing evidence from customer complaint samples. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, three years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech investigations, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
