QC Engineer

Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and direct quality control programs by developing inspection standards and conducting regular audits to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Analyze products and non-conformance processes, evaluate documentation, and prepare monthly performance reports while discussing results to recommend corrective actions. Manage equipment lifting, hazardous material storage, and internal/external audits to maintain ISO and other quality management system certifications. Support welding and non-destructive test qualification activities while staying current with water treatment industry trends and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial)
- Quality control related certification (preferable)
- Internal/Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of Water treatment equipment & types of machinery
- Risk Management, Project Management & Production Management
- Water leak test of wastewater treatment Equipments
- Attention to detail and documentation process
- Report Writing & Documentation Development
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
