QC Coordinator / Summer Student

Job Summary
QC Coordinator/Summer Student to assist with quality control documentation, field inspections, project tracking, and coordination with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, and subcontractors on concrete construction projects in the Edmonton area. Responsibilities include maintaining quality records, preparing inspection reports and checklists, coordinating results with project teams, assisting with pre-pour, pour, and post-pour inspections, tracking deficiencies, supporting safety and quality initiatives on site, and contributing to overall project coordination and documentation. Requirements include enrollment in or recent completion of Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related program, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work both independently and in a team, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a valid Class 5 driver's license, and related construction or concrete knowledge as assets.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related program
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Construction experience is considered an asset
- Concrete construction knowledge is considered an asset
