Job Summary
QC Coordinator for voter registration quality control. Responsible for executing day-to-day QC processes, communicating QC standards with partners, approving/rejecting QC flags, performing weekly data analysis, creating performance reviews for VR canvassers, facilitating partner QC support, guiding partners in accessing voter registration data, providing weekly form-quality reporting, and supporting QC staff with training and process improvements. Requires strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, experience with multiple stakeholders, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Role includes 15% travel and flexible remote work within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Strong skills and experience communicating technical and statistical concepts to non-technical audiences, both in writing and verbally
- Experience working with multiple stakeholder relationships as part of a diverse, multidisciplinary team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to independently hit deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage travel (~15% of time)
