Job Summary
QC Analyst – Chemistry for testing drug substances per validated procedures and regulatory requirements; maintain laboratory equipment and calibrations; review results for compliance; conduct method transfers and participate in analytical method validation; write and maintain test protocols, SOPs, instrumentation manuals, and checkout sheets per cGMP standards; lead laboratory investigations/deviations; assess testing results and close out batch analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Science degree in Chemistry or related discipline (Essential)
- Equivalent education may be considered
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a GMP-regulated environment (Essential)
- Experience with analytical technologies and demonstrated troubleshooting skills (HPLC, GC, UV, PSD, XRPD, wet chemistry, dissolution, etc.) (Desirable)
