QC Analyst CAR-T

Job Summary
QC Analyst, CAR-T Europe is responsible for preparing and conducting tests of samples taken during the production process, ensuring testing complies with applicable procedures, standards and GMP regulations. The role operates on a weekend shift (Saturdays and Sundays, 6:00–18:00) with a 6-month training period (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00). Responsibilities include analytical testing, peer review of laboratory data, updating SOPs, WIs and protocols, supporting CAPAs and internal audits, participating in cross-laboratory meetings, and contributing to safety, health and environment programs (SHE). Requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and at least 2 years in a cGMP QC lab, plus experience with qPCR, Flow Cytometry, and potency assays; familiarity with USP/EP/JP requirements is preferred; strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s in a Scientific or related field is required
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a cGMP compliant QC laboratory or equivalent
- Understanding of analytical data from biological/biochemical techniques
- CAR-T experience in analytical technologies
- Techniques such as qPCR, Flow Cytometry, and/or Potency assays
- Basic knowledge of USP/EP/JP requirements (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
