Job Summary
Operate assigned mold line equipment safely and efficiently while following the Quality Management System and standard operating procedures. Stock lines with materials, transport and mix ingredients, and load/unload machines. Perform periodic output checks, create samples, and conduct quality control. Monitor processes to report safety, quality, and productivity issues to the supervisor. Maintain accurate documentation for the assigned area and keep the workspace safe, clean, and organized per 5S and lean principles. Assist in team development and cross-departmental support as needed.
