Job Summary
Conduct quality control activities including inspection of incoming raw materials, intermediate and finish goods, and preparation of samples for customer approval. Support quality control data entry, generation of certificates of analysis, and troubleshooting quality problems for production batches. Maintain general cleanliness and orderliness of laboratory areas, function rooms, and production zones. Assist with production and manufacturing work when required. Address technical service requests and attend to quality complaints while adhering to Environmental Health and Safety policies. Minimum SPM or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience in the paints and chemicals industry. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Capable of working independently to high quality standards with basic IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in Paints and Chemical or similar Industry
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Capable of working independently and diligently to high quality standard
- Ability to plan and organise work to ensure the completion of assignments according to deadline
- Basic knowledge in the use of IT systems and software including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word etc
- Team player with positive attitude
