Job Summary
Develop and implement the quality improvement program for Senior LIFE, creating an annual review and updating the center's plan. Identify quality indicators, integrate tracking of best practices, and monitor the open action/complaints hotline weekly alongside incident reports and survey deficiencies. Manage data analytics, provide comprehensive assessments to the board annually, and educate staff on quality improvement initiatives. Conduct monthly facility orientations and provider network audits while serving as chairperson of the QA-PI committee. This full-time role in Greensburg, PA requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of healthcare experience, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
