Lead end-to-end global logistics operations across international freight networks, ensuring on-time delivery and continuity of supply; manage over $50M in logistics spend; own regulatory compliance across customs, aviation security, dangerous goods, and Chain of Responsibility; drive transformation initiatives and system integration; build and develop a high-performing logistics team to support Qantas Engineering across domestic and international networks.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in logistics, financial control and freight operations within a complex, regulated environment
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large operational budgets and supplier performance
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including customs, hazardous materials and transport compliance
- Proven ability to lead transformation and influence outcomes across cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a focus on building team capability and driving high on-time performance
