QA Triage & Execution Analyst (Pipeline Operator)

Owns the stability, accuracy, and signal quality of automated test execution by systematically analyzing, debugging, and resolving failing scripts across pipelines. Executes and monitors pipelines in Azure DevOps; Categorizes failures into test defect, environment, data, or code; performs script-level debugging in Playwright and Selenium; identifies root causes such as flaky selectors, synchronization/timing issues, and assertion mismatches. Validates API failures using Postman or GraphQL tools; inspects logs and telemetry (App Insights) and tracks trends to provide triage reporting. This role emphasizes strong debugging and analytical skills, experience with logs/APIs/UI troubleshooting, familiarity with the test automation lifecycle, and experience with observability tools.
