Job Summary
Lead application security testing for web and API platforms using AI-powered tools; define standards for AI-driven security testing and automation; mentor teams on AI tools, prompt usage, and secure AI practices; perform manual and AI-assisted testing for web apps, APIs, and microservices; conduct threat modeling including AI/LLM risks; evaluate and implement AI-powered AppSec tools; communicate risks and partner with development teams to ensure secure coding and AI integration; enable AI-aware security culture and shift-left practices with training on OWASP Top 10 + AI/LLM risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years in Application Security (AppSec)
- leadership experience
- hands-on with web/API security
- experience with Burp Suite, Nmap, Postman
- familiarity with SAST/DAST/SCA
- knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and AI/ML risks
- experience applying AI to security testing
- excellent collaboration with onshore/offshore teams
- strong problem-solving and communication skills
