QA & Testing Analyst

Job Summary
Develop and execute test plans to ensure objectives are met, while implementing and monitoring test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and service quality. Identify and remedy defects within the production process, conduct User Acceptance Testing, and work with businesses to validate results. Collaborate with Release Managers and IT to deploy Analytics Solutions into production and between environments, creating and documenting test plans for pre-UAT phases. Support staging of data in lower environments and draft quality assurance policies to ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulatory requirements. Compile and analyze statistical data to report on test progress against key metrics, ensuring end products meet business requirements and user expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Quality Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field
- Understanding of Data & Analytics field
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Python
- Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
