Job Summary
QA Tester - Web Application responsible for testing migrated and newly implemented insurance products prior to release, design/execute/end-to-end test scenarios and campaigns, validate product behaviour and data accuracy across markets, identify and track issues through resolution, participate in workshops/go-live activities, support adoption of test automation, and contribute to testing standards and processes. The role involves collaborating with international and cross-functional teams and working in a project environment with hands-on manual testing and documentation, with a hybrid remote model (up to two remote days per week).
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, ideally within health insurance or related services
- Hands-on experience with manual testing, defect tracking, and test documentation
- Familiarity with test automation tools and an interest in supporting automated testing initiatives
- Experience with NIS (Nordic) insurance software is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies
- International study or work experience
