QA Tester - Prepit

Job Summary
QA Tester with ~2 years of experience to ensure web and mobile products deliver reliable, intuitive, bug-free experiences. Will execute manual functional testing across web, mobile, and administrative platforms, validate new features against requirements and acceptance criteria, perform regression testing before releases, verify bug fixes, and document issues with reproduction steps and evidence. Collaborates with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Customer Success to validate loyalty, rewards, ordering, payment, and wallet experiences from an end-user perspective. Responsibilities include test planning, creating and maintaining test cases, and contributing to release readiness. Preferred skills include testing APIs, SQL/database validation, and experience with automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress); exposure to SaaS, loyalty/rewards systems, e-commerce, fintech domains, and Agile/Scrum environments. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Software QA or Manual Testing
- Experience testing web applications and mobile-responsive platforms
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
- Experience creating test cases and bug reports
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
